Terms of Use for Our Service
We offer a comparison service where you can compare loans and terms from the banks we partner with. When you use our service, you provide information that the banks will use to offer you loan proposals, enabling you to compare the offers and select the one that suits you best.
Credit check
When you apply for a loan through Motty, you consent to us and our partner banks conducting a credit assessment of you and your co-applicant. You also consent to the counterpart letter being sent electronically and via SMS if the bank so wishes. The banks may also access available sources to verify information you have provided, such as debt information from Norsk Gjeldsinformasjon.
Processing of Your Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with Section 8 of the Personal Data Act, based on your request to obtain financing offers from our partner banks.
